Since 1992 we have worked diligently towards the goal of bringing the many benefits of encapsulated flavourings and ingredients to the food industry. Over the years we have helped solve many food processing and manufacturing issues for our customers in the bakery, confectionery and chewing gum industries.
It was recently reported that demand for encapsulation is growing at a rate of 10% year on year*, driven by the need to fortify products with healthy ingredients and by consumer demand for ever more novel and innovative products. It is with this in mind that our technical and process development teams are constantly evaluating our products to ensure they meet the demands of the food industry.
